Dr. Borowicz brings extensive semiconductor leadership experience, previously serving as Executive Vice President at Nanometrics and holding senior roles at KLA-Tencor across marketing, engineering, business development, and R&D. He is a recognized innovator with seven patents in electron beam technologies.
Dr. Borowicz holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Auburn University.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott is a seasoned executive with broad experience across public and venture-backed companies. He previously served as CFO and COO of AirXpanders, overseeing operations across manufacturing, quality, customer service, HR, and finance. He also held senior finance leadership roles at Nanometrics, ZOLL Medical, VNUS Medical, Atrenta, ePeople, and Arthur Andersen.
Scott holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Sidhwa brings decades of expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, and innovation. He has held senior leadership roles at GV Semiconductor, Quantum Global Technologies, Atmel, STMicroelectronics, and Armor Designs. A prolific innovator, he holds multiple U.S. patents and has authored over 100 technical publications.
He earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Vice President of Sales
Rich has over 25 years of experience in the silicon and semiconductor markets, beginning his career at MEMC Electronic Materials before moving into sales leadership roles across multiple companies. He later supported WRS Materials prior to its integration with Pure Wafer, bringing deep expertise across wafer supply and semiconductor solutions.
Rich holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
Vice President of Business Development
Nir has nearly 25 years of global semiconductor experience, working with leading companies including Intel, Samsung, Micron, TSMC, and Toshiba. He most recently served as VP & GM of Integrated Metrology at Nanometrics and later as VP of Strategic Alliances at Onto Innovation, driving partnerships and long-term growth initiatives.
Nir holds degrees in Physics and Computer Science, along with an MBA, and is a veteran of the Israeli Army.
